
Get away day! We travel down to the Port St. Lucie area and check into our hotel for the night.
Kick off your adventure with a visit to the iconic Robert Is Here Fruit Stand. Sample fresh tropical fruits and experience the unique atmosphere of this beloved Homestead landmark. Don’t forget to take a photo with the famous 30-foot tall Caribbean spiny lobster, Betty. Lunch is at Robbie’s of Islamorada, where you can feed the Tarpons.
On our first full day in Key West, we start with a visit to the Key West Butterfly and Nature Conservatory. We will visit the famous Southernmost Point Buoy. Your evening is free to roam.
This morning, we will tour the Hemingway House and the Truman Little White House. Your afternoon is free, but remember that Mallory Square sunsets are legendary.
Free day to explore Key West, some suggestions are: Dry Tortugas National Park (Tickets must be purchased well in advance.); Water activities, Snorkeling, Kayaking, Jet Skiing, Parasailing, Conch Tour Train, Key West Historic Seaport or Lighthouse, Fishing Charter, Ghost Tours, Sunset Cruise, Fort Zachary Taylor State Park & Beach.
