Cancellation Policy

· Over 90 days prior to departure: 100% of monies paid will be refunded, less $50 per person cancellation fee.
 

· 61 to 90 days prior to departure: Cancellation fee of 25% of full tour price will be imposed. Any remaining monies paid will be refunded.
 

· 31 to 60 days prior to departure: Cancellation fee of 50% of full tour price will be imposed. Any remaining monies paid will be refunded.
 

· 30 days prior to departure: Cancellation fee of 100% of the full tour price will be imposed.

Initial deposit on fly/motorcoach tours is non-refundable. Additional charges may be imposed by vendors, airlines, or cruise lines when cancellation is prior to 30 days before departure.
